We offer new and used Speedheater Infrared (IR) Paint Removers for rent. For those of you considering purchasing the Speedheater Infrared Paint Remover, renting is an excellent way to see if it will be effective for your projects. Please call the Eco-Strip office at (703) 476-6222 to make arrangements. Rental orders cannot be placed on this web site.
Rental Cost per day: $35.00 - minimum of 3 days ($105 total). Customers are charged on their credit cards at the time of the order for the full value as a deposit: $473 for New Speedheater Standard Kits with accessories; or the quoted price for USED Speedheaters without accessories. NEW Speedheater Standard Kits are shipped to customers from our Distribution Center in New Jersey. USED Speedheaters without accessories, when available, are shipped from our office in Virginia. Rental customers are not charged rental days for the days the Speedheaters are in transit. The rental "clock" starts the day after the unit arrives at the customer's shipping address. Should you decide the Speedheater does not work for your chosen application or you have completed your project, the Speedheater can be returned to Eco-Strip for a partial refund as a check. Ask about our RETURN POLICY for further details when you call. The Speedheater only can be returned. The scrapers and ladder hooks are not returnable. The amount of the refund to the customer is based on two factors: 1) the number of days the unit was out at the customer's site calculated from shipping records at both ends; and 2) the condition of the unit when returned, i.e. clean of debris and paint dust inside and outside the unit. Given the $473 value for NEW Speedheaters from Kits or the quoted price for USED units, the maximum refund for a new Speedheater is $388.00 if the unit is in perfect condition and used for the minimum 3 days. The clean Speedheater must be returned with the support bar, case, Instruction Manual, and manufacturer's DVD in the packaging in which it was received. The Speedheater must be insured for $500 and a tracking number provided to cbrooks@eco-strip.com.
